Job description
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a minimum of two years of experience to plan and implement new performance campaigns for different brands.
Responsibilities - Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Creating new media plans for new clients and maintaining the performance of the ads on a daily basis for existing client ad accounts.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and lookalike, remarketing campaigns.
- Weekly review meetings with clients every 14 days or on a monthly basis to showcase the working of the ads and the stats.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC and ROAS.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Creating ads on Google AdWords, Facebook ads manager, and other portals like LinkedIn, True caller, Native platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, etc., and tracking and measuring as per the KPIs decided.
- Creating pixels for new clients, managing the pixel for existing clients, google analytics, tag manager, and all the other tracking parameters required to run a successful campaign.
- Making sure all the client requirements with respect to CAC and ROAS are met as per the given timelines.
- Maintaining ad performance sheets for every client on separate excel.
- Working closely on lead generation, traffic, conversion, and app download campaigns for clients given.
