Job description
We are hiring Content Writer for our IT Client located in IT Park, Panchkula. Please find the details below for your reference.
Responsibilities
1. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
2. Content writing and campaign planning for social media marketing
3. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
4. Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
5. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
6. Oversee social media accounts design
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
8. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
9. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking,
messaging and audience identification
10. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful
connections and encourages community members to take action
11. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social
content
12. Create calendars and syndication schedules
13. Run Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads/boosting with audience setting for lead generation
14. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best
practices, and then acting on the information.
15. Collaborate with other departments (design, client servicing, website) to manage reputation, identify key
players and coordinate actions
Requirements
1. Proven working experience of 2+ years in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
2. Excellent copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
3. Demonstrable social networking experience, social analytics tools knowledge and running ads
4. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
5. Knowledge of branding, online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
6. Knowledge of social media analytics tools
7. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
8. Fluency in English
9. Education (Graduation/Post Graduation) in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Social Media course is desirable
