Job description

About Company: The company is an Indian subsidiary of a multinational company from Japan engaged in the field of manufacturing and distribution of Architectural Hardware & Furniture Fittings and Industrial Component Hardware.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. To visit Architects Interior Designers Contractors & Dealers.
2. Product Presentations product trainings .
   
3. Handling Key distributors and follow up of order and price negotiation keeping the interest of the company at priority.
4. Liaising with customers to check the progress of existing orders keep track of competitors activities new business plans and strategies for business expansion.
5. Product consultations visits and negotiations with Architects Interior designers and contractors to close the existing projects and to generate new leads.
6. Channel management retail B2B/B2C
7. New business development by analyzing the potential of dealer product and area.
8. Dealer and distributors inventory record and monitoring to keep the threshold quantity of products for stock.
9. Account reconciliation of customers for smooth processing of the Business.
10. Customer Interaction Programs for Product Development in the assigned territory.
11. Lead generation; follow up and after sales services from customers.
12. Planning and implementing dealer sales promotional activities.
13. Promotion of new products.
14. Product Launches.
15. Participation in Exhibitions and other marketing activities etc.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

BE(Mechanical)/BE/Graduate(with relevant experience specifically in Architechtural Hardware/Furniture Fittings/Industrial hardware)

Experience: 310 Yrs
