Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Alliance Manager - Payment. The successful candidate will be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for managing business relationships and financial services related to payments. The candidate will oversee customer service and team management to ensure seamless operations, delivering key KPI's as per the company goals and objectives, and fulfilling specific client assignments.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management and Financial Services experience
- Expertise in the payment industry including trending technologies such as Blockchain and Crypto Transactions
- Strong customer service experience to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Team management skills to oversee a team of professionals in the payments domain
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus
- Professional certifications such as Certified Corporate Banker / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Certified Treasury Manager (CTM) is an added bonus
