Job description

Job Role :

- As a part of corporate business group, you directly receive meaningful responsibilities as of day one.

- You are in charge for acquiring, maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your client by continuously approaching new businesses and proposing solutions that meet their objectives. To do so, you'll develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets. Whilst building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z. You'll be part of a Sales team in which trust, entrepreneurship, real passion for winning and leadership are very important.

Responsibilities :

- The candidate must aim at effectively manage and grow the Liability insurance business for the respective branch

- Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients for liability insurance products

- Develop sales goals, targets, and action plans in collaboration with senior management.

- Monitor and track his/her sales performance against the set targets

- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calls, market intelligence and digital marketing

- Establish relationships with businesses and organizations that require liability insurance coverage and customize insurance solutions based on the specific needs and risks of each client

- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of liability insurance products and should be able to effectively communicate the benefits and value of liability insurance to potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and achieve 100% retention of the renewal accounts

- The candidate must stay updated with the industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the liability insurance sector in India and also should analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth

- The said candidate should work closely with the underwriters and other internal teams to ensure that policies are accurately priced and issued

- Positioning Odin as the client's insurance broker of choice by showcasing them our unique value proposition

- Resolve any issues and problems of the client and act as a link between the client and the internal teams

We are looking for :

- Graduate/PG with a Law background and with a relevant experience

- 5+ years of institutional/corporate sales experience (Background in Liability sales would be preferred)

- Ability to engage with CFO/HR heads or key decision makers independently

- Self-driven, enthusiastic person with hunger to make it big

- Have an external focus and a real passion for Liability/EB Sales

- Good communication and presentation skills
