We are seeking a dedicated Resource coordinator to assist us with scheduling healthcare professionals and clients at various facilities. To ensure success, bookings coordinators should possess solid knowledge of scheduling practices and demonstrable experience in a similar role. A first-class bookings coordinator will be someone who takes proactive steps to initiate seamless scheduling processes. Working with Us Bringing Healthcare & Technology together. Nurse Service, Diagnostics, Home Care, Sales, Covid & Data process. Our employees are a key ingredient in our success. Main Accountabilities include: Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas. Managing contracted client locations. Ensuring all client requirements are filled. Day to day contact with clients and management of their business accounts. Building strong client relationships. Answering scheduling queries via email and phone. Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records. Performing other administrative tasks when require

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 years' experience in scheduling. A bachelor's degree in Sociology, or a related field. Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express. Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices. Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
