The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Position : Business Development Manager ( Must have pharma Experience)
Education : Any Graduate
Job Location : Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Pune, Kolkata, Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Patna
Experience: 1 to 5
Salary : 3 to 7 LPA
Responsibilities - A person from pharma bg with field sales experience and who has good connections with the chemists or doctors and communicated with patients through promotional activities
- A person who has done concept selling or sold an entirely new product in the market at chemists. (Who have sold Medical devices etc)
- A person who has good exposure in meeting doctors, explaining the product and ensuring the doctor recommends the product.
- A person who has good exposure in doing new product launch promotions at customer level and doing direct sales.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
