In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Responsible Preparation of Bill of material as per component list and General layout drawing.
- Ensure request for new part nos are raised and created in SAP.
- Ensure new vendor codes are created in SAP as per the new vendor code creation procedure
- Discussion with suppliers for technical evaluation of the components
- Raise purchase requisitions through SAP PSà Ensure manufacturing drawings are issued to the supplier and follow up with them for timely delivery of skids
- Responsible for coordinate with third party if drawings are outsourced
- Preparation of enquiry P&ID's as per technical inputs received from Application team
- Maintain track of enquiry and update enquiry register
- Regular updation of VM-DM boards and monthly reporting of overall reports to manager
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel software
- Customer / Vendors/ Suppliers Site inspections, Weld Log documentation checking.
