Projects completed worth Rs.INR 100 Cr. (4 Projects)
Experience in Power Distribution sector.
Job Description
Overseeing the design development and maintenance of the ERP system in the organization
Identify process improvements and system enhancements to support business needs
Configure test and implement ERP system changes
Develop training materials and provide user training on ERP system changes
Write detailed documentation of ERP processes and configurations
Manage data migration for new ERP implementations or upgrades
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide Tier 2/3 support for ERP users experiencing technical issues
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the ERP system meets the organizations business needs
Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize the ERP systems efficiency and effectiveness
Managing a team of ERP specialists and overseeing their work
Providing training and support to endusers of the ERP system Serve as the subject matter expert on ERP systems and processes
