Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of our IT landscape. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and technological advancements. Responsibilities: Develop and document comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology trends. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for enterprise systems. Design and implement scalable, secure, and future-proof enterprise solutions utilizing various technologies (e.g., cloud, SOA, microservices). Define and enforce architecture standards and best practices across the organization. Select, evaluate, and integrate diverse enterprise technologies, including integration platforms (Mulesoft/Dellboomi), ERP systems (SAP), and databases (Oracle/SQL). Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (IT, business, development) to ensure successful implementation of architectural initiatives. Lead and mentor the architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements, continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to the enterprise architecture. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or related role. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise systems. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Expertise in at least one integration platform (Mulesoft or Dellboomi) and familiarity wit h another is a plus. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL) is desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Notes: We currently have a position available for an Enterprise Architect, and we are specifically seeking candidates with skills and experience aligned with this role, rather than a Solution Architect. Seeking a candidate with expertise in databases (Oracle/SQL), familiarity with SAP (knowledge or experience), and any experience in integration or application architecture, such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
