As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making. Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems will be an added advantage.
Roles And Responsibilities - Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing large data sets to generate reports and insights.
- Developing and implementing efficient MIS systems and processes.
- Monitoring and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Creating and delivering customized reports to internal stakeholders.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of databases and data models.
- Preparing and presenting data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to key stakeholders.
