Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales Create visually appealing, brand-consistent designs for digital media, ensuring effective communication of our brand message by understanding design requirements, target audience, and project objectives Project plan and execute engaging social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and aesthetic Stay updated with the latest fashion, graphic design, and social media trends, and incorporate them into content creation strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement Identify and engage with relevant influencers, managing partnerships to boost brand awareness. Additionally, coordinate PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation Foster meaningful relationships with our followers by actively engaging with comments, messages, and user-generated content Own, Track and Deliver the relevant metrics - Awareness, Engagement and Traffic

An ideal candidate must have:

2-7 years of experience in a Social Media manager role. Experience in D2C e-commerce companies is preferred A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication or a related field is preferred Strong design and fashion sense along with the ability to work with in-house and external resources to produce stunning visual creatives In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Strong creative skills with the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to craft engaging copy for social media posts.
