Role and Responsibilities:
In the role of Technical Lead at Lycus Business Services pvt ltd you will be responsible for technical project delivery ensuring quality cost and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Handson experience in programming using C or C
- Software estimation of work products and negotiation with customers
- Project management activities such as scheduling resource loading and load forecast
- Management of services including KPIs review effective utilization and quality assurance
- Working knowledge of a HighLevel Operating System (Linux/Windows) kernel
- Understanding and handson experience with protocols like SPI I2C CAN LIN UART Flexray and Ethernet
- Leading a team of 57 Embedded Software Engineers
- Ensuring 100% output from each team member
- Planning competence training and skilling of the team
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- 5 years of experience in the Embedded and/or Automotive Industry
- Experience in building teams and skills to match project needs
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Experience in participating in standup meetings
- Knowledge of managed services KPIs review effective utilization and quality assurance
- Experience with CMMIlevel 3 (minimum) Root Cause Analysis and ISO 27001 processes
- A focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
Required Skills:
The following skills are required for this position:
- Handson experience with Linux kernel drivers
- Knowledge of RealTime Operating Systems (RTOS) like FreeRTOS QNX and LINUX
- Understanding of hardware components
- Familiarity with UDS Protocols BSP Bootloader and MCA
- Experience with Enterprise Architect DOORS and SW IDE Lauterbach PLS GHS and IAR development tools
- Experience with ANSI C MISRA (2012) LDRA PCLINT QAC GCOVR RTRT Tessy VectorCAST TPT Reactis software testing tools
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR concept software development and toolchain vector and EBTressos tools like DaVinci Configurator and Developer CANdela Studio CANoe and CANAlyser
- Experience with HIL (HardwareinLoop) using ETAS dSPACE VT and NI platforms
- Experience with SIL (SoftwareinLoop) MIL (ModelinLoop) PIL (ProcessorinLoop) and HIL (HardwareinLoop) testing methodologies
- Understanding of ModelBased Development (MBD) principles
