Position: – HOTS Instructor (Higher Order Thinking Skills)
Job Type: Full Time (1 Month) Location- Remote About the Organization: Infinity learn (Ed-tech arm of Sri Chaitanya) is looking for Teacher. As a English Teacher, you will take online classes for Grade 1 to 8 grade students and ensure students have a great learning experience in your classes. During online classes, you will find interesting and engaging ways to explain concepts to students, encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning. HOTS: Includes areas like Comprehension, Critical thinking, Reasoning and Problem solving. Job Description: - Proficiency in English; Knowing Hindi is an added advantage - Availability Timing : 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and minimum 40 Hrs/ Month - Mandatory to be available on Weekends - Passionate about teaching young children. - Ready to take the feedback to improve his/her teaching skills from the learning & development team. - Enthusiastic and willing to work on new aged learning skills. - Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment. Preferred Criteria Having professional experience in teaching of minimum 1 year for grade 3 and above is a plus Eligibility Criteria: 1. Minimum 70% in UG/PG 2. Good Internet Connection 3. Laptop/ Desktop (with webcam) Qualification: 1. Graduate /Post Graduate 2. Should have Comprehension, Critical thinking, Reasoning and Problem solving and Good Communication skills. Interview procedure: 1. Interview with HR. 2. Post Assessment Test (Score should more than 6). 3. Demo round/ Final round. (Laptop & WIFI is mandatory). Compensation: 15k fixed (1 month ) 8 hrs per day Note: After 1 month Completion you can continue as part -Time Instructor.Job tags
