Job description
- Foster end-user adoption and retention at the checkout of our major enterprise merchants by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively seek new merchants within the forex sector.
- Take ownership and expand your portfolio of key merchants, achieving strategic and growth objectives in terms of checkout share and revenue through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Cultivate and leverage relationships at all levels within client organizations, spanning from C-level executives to operational roles, aiming to boost revenue and drive the adoption of our product.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to convey vital insights for revenue and end-user usage growth, impact product roadmaps, and ensure our solutions align with the requirements of our Enterprise customers.
- Utilize operational and project management excellence to facilitate the onboarding of large enterprise clients, fostering growth through client account planning, optimal rhythms, and action-oriented KPIs.
