Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating effective management of team member performance. With a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, the HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development, coordinating training programs and initiatives.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Location Requirement: Must be located in Bangalore or willing to relocate (remote work not available).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven work experience in HR management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage team member performance.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
