The Opportunity
Given the market opportunity in the Adobe Experience Cloud space, the multi-solution Technical Architect shall demonstrate deep knowledge of digital marketing technology across Adobe suite of products (Commerce, AEM, etc) and enterprise architecture to plan solutions, design architectures and strategic roadmaps. Demonstrate client leadership as a subject matter authority and a partner with them as a trusted advisor in their digital strategy execution.
What you'll Do
- Coordinate with client partner teams and resources to understand digital marketing and experience goals.
- Understand the current state of the organization-wide architecture and experience and marketing capabilities.
- Build custom solution architectures and roadmaps to achieve defined needs. u2013 architectures involving either single Adobe products (eg: Commerce, AEM, etc) or a combination of Adobe products
- Engage and evangelize your and teamu2019s recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams.
- Recommend future technology roadmap across the organization.
- Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve clientsu2019 efficient state.
- Anticipate future technology requirements and communicate those to the client within deliverables.
- Work closely with and act as a liaison between key Adobe, business, and IT partners during an entire client engagement.
- Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
- Define governance and operational models to support clientsu2019 technology goals.
- Be the trusted advisor on the ground for client leadership and partners regarding digital experience technological maturity.
- Continually grow your footprint and role within the client engagement and relationship.
- Articulate value from the solution/project and contributes to defining the framework for tracking value, KPIs, etc
- Create technical specifications document, perform code reviews, drive the adoption of best practices
- Ownership of technical architecture, code quality, performance, security and scalability of enterprise level projects
What you need to succeed
- Overall 14+ years of experience
- Proven experience of working as a technical architect on one or more (preferably, 2+ products)u00A0 of Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products ( eg: Commerce, AEM, etc)u00A0
- Proven experience of developing enterprise architecture models
- Validated experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF
- Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & services
- Have great design and problem-solving skills, passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale
- Experience in preparing and reviewing technical specification documents.
- Experience communicating across senior leadership
- Ability to intake client business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills communicating deliverables, sharing information, and leading meetings
- Shown ability to communicate and lead execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teams including
- Shown experience working with clients, PMs, Business Solution Architects and Development team u00A0to plan out and execute end-to-end solutions
- Willingnessu00A0 and ability to learn & gain proficiency as a Technical Architect in other Adobe products from Adobe Experience Cloud (eg: Commerce, AEM
