We are expanding rapidly and are based in Delhi with offices in Noida, Bangalore and Mumbai.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Leading Business Development and Sales Teams, managing SOPs, reporting systems, and achieving sales targets.
- Hand hold with Sales Manager in drafting the sales strategy development and implementation.
- To develop knowledge of the products and services being offered for his team by continuous training and product updates. Orient the new sales staff and focus on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff.
- To set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and motivate teams to reach individual sales goals and encourage them to excel in their performance by meeting timelines and revenue targets.
- Contacting potential customers and informing them about our products and services with excellent profiling and pitching skills.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Prepare, submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a high performance-driven competitive environment.
- Generate and maintain the sales pipeline.
- To take cross calls and escalation calls with the customers and new prospects.
- Ability to network and build lasting relationships.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- Analyze the customer and well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
- Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team.
- Efficiently multitask between multiple business critical projects.
- Monitoring self-performance and also contributing towards the team performance.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Â 1 to 3 years of relevant experience of leadership in ed-tech/education industry.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY:
Â
- Familiarity with sales, CRM, LeadSquared, key computer software like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Drive and other collaborative tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends
- Successful previous experience as a team leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Preference to candidates having prior Ed-Tech experience.
- Comfortable working from the office with a little flexibility of working from home.
- Familiarity with sales, CRM, LeadSquared, key computer software like MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.
- Active listening with good grasping power.
- Must be target oriented and love to interact with different people every day.
