On average, Mascot has successfully completed more than 1000 events. The company is located in Ahmedabad with a Pan India Networks helping clients reach any corner of the country with their unique event ideas. At Mascot, dedicated, efficient, and young professionals work to satisfy client needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, answering phones with proper phone etiquette, communication with clients and employees, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Experience in the events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
