Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Indore. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for open positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting job opportunities to potential candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting process
• Ability to source and identify qualified candidates
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of recruiting software and job posting sites
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting, experience with campus recruiting and employer branding, and experience in financial services industry.
