What you will be expected to do:
- Hiring and on-boarding.
- HR Operations including maintaining employee databases and documentation.
- HR analytics and dashboards.
- Payroll and salary processing.
- Assist the HR Head:
- Completion of annual performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement.
- Execution of the training calendar.
- Manage the benefits portfolio.
- Policies and Processes.
- HR Automation.
What we are looking for:
- MBA/PG in HR with 3- 5 years' experience in Human Resources in a fast paced organization.
- Prior work experience in a start-up environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong recruiting skills and experience of sourcing through linkedin/ other job portals.
- Excellent excel & data management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
- Prior experience of working in an HRMS environment will be an added advantage.
