Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the store including overseeing sales customer service and staff management
- Assisting clients in designing custom shirts by understanding their preferences and conveying the same to clients
- Demonstrating knowledge of fabrics and customizations to provide tailored recommendations to clients
- Developing and implementing solutions to preempt customer needs and inquiries based on understanding customer issues over time
- Updating the system with orders and customer details and coordinating with the production team to ensure order fulfillment
- Providing exceptional customer care through email and phone correspondence as needed
- Liaising with instore master tailors to facilitate measurements and address individual customer issues
- Conducting daily cash and bank transactions
- Utilizing visual merchandising techniques to maintain attractive store displays
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record in retail management. A background in fashion or textiles is preferred along with proficiency in customer relationship management.
