The Assistant/Deputy Manager - CS&L role supports the Senior Manager, Customer Service and Logistics in Procurement of RM and PM, Stock Management, Inventory Planning, Quality, Excise Management, Production and Planning, Dispatch Logistics and Supply Chain. Role includes proactive handling of all operational issues ensuring excellent customer service. Thorough understanding and experience in Alcobev industry is preferred.
Key Roles And Responsibilities Procurement-- Raising Purchase Orders with vendors and follow up on timely deliveries and manage Inward logistics ensuring 100% availaility of RM PM for production
- Maintaining the Purchase Records and Stock Inwards Records
- Responsible for timely Payments to the Vendors and Maintaining & Tracking payment records
Stock Management & Inventory planning-- Stock Management of Raw Materials and Packing Materials ( Storage / Handling ) for Consumption.
- Maintaing the Inventory Register and Inventory Planning
- Monthly Physical verification of FG/DG/WG and Sharing the reports with Management and Record maintenance for audit.
Quality Management-- Development of Labels as per State Mandatories requirement with Co-Ordination with Labels Supplier
- Getting Label Mandatoies Check from Respective State Sales Person and copacker
- Handling all the Quality related concerns between copacker and Vendor
- Resolving Queries from Global Quality Team and adherence of Quality Parameters by copacker during Production
Excise Management-- Responsible for putting letters with state Excise related to Approvals of PM for every state, Brand registrations, labels registration, Import Permit, MRP , Export permissions, License Approvals etc.
- Follow up with the Concerns for the Timely Permissions from HP Excise and payments with account team
Production Planning-- Responsible for Production Planning & Execution of the Production Plan
- Maintaining the Production Register and Wastages Records of the Production
Customer Service and Logistics-- Invoicing to Customers on timely basis from the Plant / WH and follow up on all paper work
- Maintain Sales Register and manage dispatches On time In full
- Co-ordination with finance for timely payment of Vendors
- Responsible for Handling Logistics and Transporter Management for the Site
Key Relationships: Internal: Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Global Quality
External: Key Customers within the Region, Suppliers, Gov Agencies, Co-Packer, Vendors, Service Providers
Experience Required - Proven track record of working in Operations and Supply Chain of Alcobev industry (5-7 yrs).
- Post Graduation Degree with Supply Chain and Logistics is preffered
- Demonstrated experience in managing production, quality, inventory and logistics
- Demostated ability to work within cross functional teams
- Experience managing large cross functional commercial projects desirable
- Experience in liquor/beverage industry preferable, not critical
- Ability to network and build strong relationships
