Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Lucknow. The Sales Associate will be responsible for pitching solar power solutions to potential clients, developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals, as well as generating leads, and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and related products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- An ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
