We have requirement for our client a Manufacturing company located in Noida needs Key Account Manager for production Ayur Pharma products. The positions are open for Noida/Delhi , Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai locations .The job description is as under :-

Experience required- 2-4 years
Locations – Delhi , Mumbai , Bangalore & Chennai
CTC – Up to 8 lacs pa

Position: Key account Manager
Job Overview:
Position will be the primary point of contact for multiple Key customers and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with them, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction. will also work closely with internal teams, including finance, production, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of customer orders and NPD projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent customer key accounts.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and proactively addressing their points.
• Manage production and delivery timelines to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers.
• Monitor and analyse customer sales data and prepare MIS reports.
• Handle account reconciliations and settlements with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure the successful execution of customer orders and projects.
• Participate in forecasting and planning activities to support the overall business strategy.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion within existing accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, science, supply chain or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend trade shows and conferences.
