Job description
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management or project manager or operations manager.
2. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients via email, chat and phone if required.
3. Experience liaising with a production team, assigning tasks, following-up and completion of work.
4. Communication skills to clearly supervise and give clear instructions to staff based on the day-to-day operations, SOW and requests from the clients.
5. Supporting Healthcare domain will be a plus specifically in Medical Transcription, Billing, Medical Records Summarisation and e-Publishing
6. Work from Office (Weekly 6 Days)
