Job description

Responsibilities:

Able to conduct DFM for BOC/SC Parts

Able to do Inspection for all kinds of parts

Supplier Audit

Supplier PPAP Closure for all critical parts

Detailed review and control -PFMEA

Able to provide solution for non-conformance using RCA and CAPA

Hands on experience in inspection and report preparation for complex parts

PPAP,PFMEA,NPD process

Root cause analysis and CAPA

Develop bill of material required for construction based upon client standards
Develop construction prints detailing facilities to be removed/installed
Work with the senior engineer through the idea generating stage
Mechanical engineers develop, design, build, test, and inspect mechanical devices and systems, such as machines, tools, and engines. Since mechanical engineering is a very broad field, they work in a variety of different industries designing a wide range of products.
If found frequent breakdown occurs, carryout analysis and revise the PM checklist if required
Found frequent break down, ( the maintenance check list is revised) corrective action is carried out
Monitor stock for critical spares for machines
Monitor the Following of contingency plan
