Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
