Job description Franchisee Head will be responsible for planning, making new franchisees and managing the overall franchising business of Rainbow International School & Preschool business. Candidate will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company. Franchise Head should provide feedback and input in the marketing and communication plans for the new items related to: consumer target, pricing, product definition, product/brand positioning, integrated communication plans, and consumer promotion.

Key Responsibilities –

Manages key initiatives, projects and analysis to support company and franchise priorities. Responsible for advisor engagement in programs that drive practice growth. Accountable for selling-in and sell-thru for both franchise and O&O branch – planning and implementation of affiliate sales activities per the affiliate’s business model, process and systems. Measure bottoms up Roll &Provides franchisees with guidance and training to ensure the quality of services. Monitors daily sales and product performance, proposing proactive and corrective measures, such as targeted promotions, staff training, Create and execute tools that will aid in the monitoring of operations in the various territories via weekly reports, conference calls and qualitative analysis. Works very closely with franchisee's Brand Manager and Operations Manager, internal partners (Allocation, Marketing, Merchandising and Visual) and contribute, in a positive manner, to the group to develop strong partnerships with the various members of the International team. Development and maintenance of team tools, including marketing calendars by franchise, deliverables calendar, content calendar. Mandatory reporting including forecasting monthly and quarterly business reviews. Franchise legal responsibilities - ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation. Drive Market Opportunities identification and Revenue maps.

Key Requirements –

Must have the ability to analyse data and interpret trends by integrating information from a multiple sources utilizing a variety of analytical tools and technology to address key business questions and develop new insights 10+ years of proven accomplishment within Franchise Sales. Preference would be given to candidates with past exposure in franchisee in education sector The candidate must have the ability to leverage analytic insights to develop objective, actionable recommendations and solutions to business issues The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is required SAS programming skill is preferred Advanced level understanding of retail operations& proficiency in MS Excel

Candidates with more than 10 years of sales, business development & marketing experience in preschools, schools, colleges along with having past successful experience of setting up franchisees for them only needs to apply for it. Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
