Role and Responsibilities: The Manager Sales and Marketing (D2C) will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive directtoconsumer (D2C) sales for the organization
- Building and managing the D2C sales team setting targets and ensuring effective performance
- Identifying new market opportunities and creating plans to capitalize on them
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Driving brand awareness and visibility through effective marketing and promotional activities
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance preparing reports and making datadriven decisions
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize product offerings and customer experience
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience of 5 years in sales and marketing with a focus on D2C strategies
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of the D2C market landscape
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
