Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sr Delivery Manager (Product Engineering) with a profound understanding of AI and data-driven product development in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex AI-powered projects, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving the successful execution of product development strategies.
Responsibilities: - **Leadership and Strategy**: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- **AI and Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize a deep understanding of AI technologies and data analytics to guide the development process, optimize product performance, and deliver innovative solutions.
- **Agile Methodology**: Champion agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, flexibility, and rapid response to change.
- **Estimation and Scope of Work Creation**: Accurately estimate project timelines, resources, and budgets, and define clear scopes of work for each phase of the project.
- **SAFe and PI Planning**: Bring experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Program Increment (PI) planning to streamline project execution and enhance team alignment.
- **Scrum of Scrums**: Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings to ensure coordination and communication among multiple agile teams, solving impediments and sharing progress.
- **Client Engagement**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure their vision is accurately translated into high-value product solutions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance practices, ensuring products meet the highest standards of performance and user experience.
- **Team Development**: Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on AI and data-driven technologies.
- Proven track record of managing the delivery of complex software projects using agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
- Solid experience in estimation, scope of work creation, SAFe, PI planning, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate insights into action.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
