Role - Vice President - Global Markets Business Management
Exp - 12+ years
Skills-Business Management, COO, US Sales, Wealth Management
MBA or CA preferred. Prior educational background in Finance would be an added advantage
· Good Knowledge of Capital Market products and asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Forex, Derivatives)
· Prior team management experience of 2-3 years
· The role requires working with various functions in the GM space – Structuring, FO Risk, International Wealth Management , Business Resource Management, FID and Algo Quants, Research, Prime Services, ETS and Business Management.
· Strong prior experience in business management, in areas such as strategic analysis, budgeting, cost monitoring, business continuity and
transition management.
· We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Powai Global Markets CAO
function.
· She/he will work closely with the Global Markets management team.
· She/he will support and maintain smooth operations of the division, contribute towards business management, prepare management packs, be involved in governance & risk management, change management, and effectively manage processes. In addition, she/he will look at Business Continuity Planning, talent management, infrastructure management etc.
· This role supports the Powai GM business in driving key business initiatives that are critical for the growth and day-to-day operations of the franchise and development of the franchise .
