Experience: 8+years of Citrix Experience Job Description: Perform day-to-day support operations as part of the Citrix team which provides 24*7 support to global customers in a shared model. Working Experience on below citrix products Citrix Xenapp, XenDesktop 7.15 , 1912 & 2203 Citrix User Profile Management & Roaming profile, FSLogix Installing, configuring and managing XenDesktop/ XenApp servers and Sites Administration of Provisioning Services (PVS) and Managing and Creating, Updating VDisks. Administration of Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Managing and Creating Desktops/HSD, Updating Master Image. Publishing the Applications and Server desktop through Citrix studio as requested by the customer. Monitoring & Managing Citrix Site with Citrix Studio and Director. Working Experience on Citrix Printer related issues, Citrix policies & AD policies. Working Experience on Troubleshooting Published Applications & Citrix VDI issues. Working experience on Citrix Cloud, NetScaler & PowerShell script. Strong troubleshooting abilities across platforms, able to work with vendor escalation as needed Coordinate and partner with other IT teams inside and outside of the organization to identify and manage dependencies and deliverables, meeting client expectations. Ability to handle client & management call, escalated issues. Accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; making clear, specific commitments to deliver results. Work within ITIL process which includes Incident, Request, Change, Problem Management and review RCA related to critical incidents and problems. Willing to work on 24/7 including On call support Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Typically, 4-6 years professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in supporting Citrix Infrastructure for Medium / Large corporations. Intermediate or above level knowledge with VMWare Horizon View Strong people skills--Effective communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Self-starter, can-do attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment. Strong problem-solving skills, time management and oral and written communication skills Desired Skills: Citrix Administration (XenApp & XenDesktop) with PVS & MCS Citrix Netscaler Citrix Cloud VMWare Horizon View Administration ITIL
