Qualifications and Skills
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in administration or office management role.
- Strong knowledge of office administration processes and best practices.
- Experience in travel management and facility management.
- Familiarity with statutory compliances and documentation procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience in vendor management and petty cash handling is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Ensure effective implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate office activities, including maintenance of facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle travel management, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in statutory compliances and documentation related tasks.
- Manage employee support services, including coordination of office events and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, including overseeing vendor management.
- Manage petty cash and reimbursement processes.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives as required.
