Roles And Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate various events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate functions
- Research and select suitable venues for events
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Coordinate event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and catering
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
- Oversee event registration and RSVP process
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies
- Create event timelines and schedules
- Ensure all event materials and resources are in place
- Supervise event setup and breakdown
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
