Roles And Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate various events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate functions
  • Research and select suitable venues for events
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
  • Coordinate event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and catering
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
  • Oversee event registration and RSVP process
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies
  • Create event timelines and schedules
  • Ensure all event materials and resources are in place
  • Supervise event setup and breakdown
  • Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
