Overview: Sierra Concepts E Solutions Private Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and will be responsible for various HR functions to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or issues and recommend appropriate actions. Foster positive employee relations through communication, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Assist employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries. Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Compliance and Legal: Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
