SR. ENGINEER (PROJECTS DESIGN ENGINEERING)

Job description

Minimum 06 Years in Project Design & Engineering where a complete solution like Seed/Grain Processing Plants/Silos etc. is designed with the help of various machines, accessories & linkages.

Responsibilities

1. Review customer requirement, specification and prepare GA drawings to meet expectation and/or feasibility of the plant.
2. Perform all necessary calculations such as stress analysis, performance analysis, and pressure drop and flow analysis, etc. as required.
3. Should be able to Design and simulate structural designs
4. Prepare preliminary design proposal(s).
5. Interact with production personnel to define and solve manufacturing/design issues and implement cost reduction ideas with regard to company products.
6. Perform liaison function between engineering and all manufacturing operations for any related issues, problems or improvements.
7. Refine and complete designs after design review meetings.
8. Prepare proposal documentation.
9. Prepare technical data such as qualification test procedures, acceptance test procedures, reports, component maintenance manuals, etc.
10. Interact with customers on engineering design and any questions/problems they may have.
11. Interact with vendors concerning parts they supply or propose to supply to company.
12. Keep supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems and progress as related to work assignments.
13. Prepare the 2D,3D Layout, PFD etc.

Qualifications

BE/BTech (Mechanical) Regular from reputed University         Solid Works, Auto Cad

M.S. Office, Internet Surfing
