Company Description Qubryx, a US based Product Consulting and Development company, is looking for an analytical, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Full-stack lead developers to work on client and company web-based products.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Lead Full Stack. The Tech Lead Full Stack will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions and applications. The Tech Lead Full Stack will work on designing and developing user interfaces, testing, and debugging code. The role will be located in Kochi, with flexibility for remote work. What you'll need to be considered (Required): • 8+ years of experience in full cycle software development projects. • 3+ years experience as a Tech Lead. • Designed and developed at least 2 software applications from scratch. • Expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js. • Strong No-SQL MongoDB designing and querying skills. • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with SQL Server and Postgres. • Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway. • Familiarity with front-end UI frameworks and libraries such as React, React Native. • Experience in Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, project planning, estimation, and product feature management. • Experience managing teams of developers through design, architecture, code reviews, and overall technical guidance. • Willingness to learn and grow with the team, self-starting and self-learning abilities. • Excellent problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills. • A strong team player who can work independently. • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment. • Ability to code new features, troubleshoot problems, and determine areas that need improvement. • Ability to closely communicate with other team members offshore and onsite. Preferred: • AWS Certifications. • Experience with Docker, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices. • Experience with Python with past Java or .NET experience. • Serverless coding experience on AWS Lambda or Azure Functions. • Experience with Azure Devops. • Worked in Scrum Teams. • Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE principles and experience implementing DevOps best practices (test automation, CI/CD, metrics, monitoring). • A bachelor’s degree.
