About the Role


Responsibilities


Own the entire UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a cohesive and delightful end-to-end user experience.

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into design decisions.

Craft user personas and design solutions that cater to diverse user needs within the financial products and services space.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.

Advocate for and implement accessibility standards, ensuring that the digital banking experiences are inclusive and user-friendly for all.
