Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company brand and values to potential candidates and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and a seamless recruitment experience.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
