Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building client relationships. They will also conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends Understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsJob tags
