Job Description You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the B2B sector.
- Acquisition of potential new channel partners.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of presales and post-service.
- Work with passion as a part of the team while maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that address client needs and showcase the value of our products/services.
- Track and analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue generation.
Key Skill Require; - bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of progressive experience in B2B sales/B2C Sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the B2B/B2C sales process, including lead generation and qualification
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit regional offices.
- Candidate should be able to handle a team of 5-7 members.
- Should have good team handling experience and services background.
- Must be a target-oriented leader.
- Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves.
