Technical Sales Engineer for Eastern Region
Exp: 5+Years in sell of machines/ technical equipment in to the Steel Rolling Mill Plants
Must have customer based in cluding IISCO, DSP, BSP, Tata, Usha Martin
As a Technical Sales Engineer at Pradman Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth within the steel manufacturing sector in the Eastern region. You will be responsible for understanding our product portfolio, building and nurturing relationships with steel plant clients, and delivering technical solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prominent steel plants in the Eastern region, including IISCO, DSP, BSP, Tata, Usha Martin, and others.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our machinery, equipment, and spare parts, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their specific requirements and challenges with tailored solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in technical sales within the manufacturing industry, with a strong customer base including IISCO, DSP, BSP, Tata, Usha Martin, and similar clients.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the Eastern region as needed.
