Job Title: Manager, Business De velopment and Marketing - Polymer Industry (specifically Antioxidants, UV Stabilizers, Pigments, Functional Additives and Fillers)Â
Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Gujarat Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of selling Raw materials to the Polymer Industry (companies who make Masterbatches, PVC Compounds, Packaging Polymer Compounds, Engineering Polymers)

Position Overview & Responsibilities:
We're on the lookout for an entre preneurial Business development and marketing Maverick with a proven history in the Polymer Industry. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in shaping our market presence, forging strategic alliances, and driving profitable revenue growth.
- Market Analysis:
- Dive deep into market dynamics and identifying opportunities in the Polymer Industry for India as well as potential export markets.
- Craft sales strategies fueled by competitive intelligence and real-time market insights to enter new markets and acquire customers with focus on Antioxidants, UV stabilizers, Functional Additives, Pigments, Fillers, etc amongst other speciality chemicals.
- Own your PnL:
- Crush PnL targets and manage cash flows through relentless lead generation, strategic prospecting, and quick conversion tactics.
- Deliver lightning-fast, accurate sales forecasts and reports to fuel growth engine.
- Collaborate with internal teams for documentation & process driven order fulfillment.
- Hustle for building a Business:
- Make quick inroads into the market by establishing connections with end customers in the Polymer Industry ecosystem (focus on masterbatches, polymer compounds, PVC, Packaging and Engineering Polymer Industries) across India.
- Fearlessly negotiate and close deals that propel our growth trajectory for Sales.
- Swiftly address customer inquiries, continuous improvement for better conversion
- Product Prowess:
- Figure out gaps in the market with focus on above mentioned industries and product categories to to build a profitable businessÂ
- Stay on the bleeding edge of industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory shifts in the export Industrial Chemical market.
- Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for domestic licenses and work with internal teams to get it executed for compliant businessÂ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA is a power-up.
- A minimum of 5 years of turbo-charged experience in sales or business development of Antioxidants, UV Stabilisers, Plasticizers, Colour Pigments, Titanium Dioxide, Fillers, PV Stabilizers and other additives with a spotlight on India and experience in exports would be a positive.
- Experience in selling commodity polymers with a strong customer network can be considered as well.
- Expertise in above mentioned products, coupled with a keen sense of market trends and adaptive regulatory understanding.
- Proven ability to build and sustain impactful business relationships.
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast-moving environment
