Job Summary As the Human Resources Manager at Story Digital, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining a vibrant company culture.
Key Responsibilities - Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Proactively address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the workplace experience.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably within the advertising or creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
