Title: Sr. Sales Director

Location: MumbaiPune

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on SAASSoftware solution selling.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Background in account management and sales is highly desirable.
  • Experience in selling to the BFSI industry is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic key accounts to build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
