Title: Sr. Sales Director Location: MumbaiPune Requirements - Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on SAASSoftware solution selling.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Background in account management and sales is highly desirable.
- Experience in selling to the BFSI industry is mandatory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities - Manage strategic key accounts to build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the account management team to manage and grow key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
