Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales partners, developing sales strategies, creating sales plans, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also establish and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and continuously monitor the sales team's performance to ensure business goals are met.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales software and CRM tools
• Good interpersonal skills and Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Prior experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector is an added advantage
