Job description

Role Description: 

Talent Acquisition specialist is responsible for driving and executing recruitments, talent pipelining and sourcing on a local and global level.

Key Tasks : 

•    Delivering recruitment/talent acquisition activities, identifying potential candidates, build relationship and talent pools and work tightly together with your colleagues in Talent Acquisition to ensure great cross-collaboration and efficiency   
•    Contribute to ensure that Konecranes can hire the best and most qualified & diverse talents on the market in competence areas such as IT, Engineering, R&D and Procurement. This includes activities such as the utilisation of social & digital platforms, recruitment marketing, hands on sourcing and other strategies. 
•    Work very closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, priorities & career paths and ensure transparent & speedy recruitment process facilitation that also creates great candidate experience.  

•    Ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently.
•    Updating key stakeholders as appropriate. Contribute extensively to ensure our candidates and hiring managers have an excellent experience and keep track of the process.
•    Managing end-to-end recruitment process from intake/kick-off meetings with managers, job posting & marketing, sourcing, initial screening activities and interviews and candidate communications. 
•    Ensuring data quality in recruitment and HR systems.
•    Participating in projects and recruiting initiatives.
•    Following up KPI’s and diversity goals in recruitment.
•    Substituting team members if needed.
•    Follows the requirements of the GDPR regulation tasks in daily work.

Main role requirements:

•    Minimum 4 year of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, preferably hiring in engineering, technology or IT industries. 
•    Experience in utilising diverse social media & digital tools in talent acquisition to attract future talent. 
•    Knowledge and practical experience in proactively in creating talent pools and pipelines through active sourcing, recruitment marketing and by using storytelling for our key talent segments.  

•    Formal degree in HR (BA) or similar.
•    Result driven team player with good execution skills.
•    Business and customer oriented working attitude. 
•    Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented - ability to work with strict deadlines.
•    Good computer and technical skills and an ability & willingness to learn more.
•    Excellent English language skills (written, spoken).
•    Excellent communication and interaction skills.
•    Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
