About the Role: Technician
As a Technician at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery used in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Functional Parameters:
Target: Conduct regular maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Target: Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize disruption to production processes.
Target: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
Target: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in all maintenance and repair activities, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
Target: Calibrate equipment and machinery as required to maintain accuracy and consistency in manufacturing processes.
Target: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance activities.
Target: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts replaced, providing detailed reports as necessary.
