Job description
Works alongside the account handling teams on client meetings and events, and is responsible for supporting with the organisation and management of venues, equipment, logistics and travel.
Job Description :
Project Management:
- Assists with the sourcing of venues/accommodation and feeds back to the team with a selection of venues, costs and availability
- Acts as a point of contact for service suppliers and responds to any queries from account teams and suppliers
- Sources information and books general and event-related travel for account teams and faculty if required
Financial Management:
- Keeps direct cost trackers up-to-date and tracks costs against original budgets and regular WIP reports
- Obtains quotes for venue, equipment, stage set, materials and travel to input into budgets
